Orders & shipping

When will my order arrive? Estimated delivery is about 9–17 business days in total. See our Shipping page for details and our recommended last order date for Christmas.

How much is shipping? $4.95, and free on orders of $49 or more.

Do you ship outside the US? Not at the moment. We ship to the 50 US states and Washington, D.C.

Will I pay customs fees at delivery? No extra fees are expected: the total at checkout is what you pay. If a carrier ever asks you for import fees, contact us before paying.

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us within 12 hours of ordering. After it ships, you can still return it under our Return Policy.

What's in the Bow Tree Kit? One large topper bow with long tails and 24 tree bows, in the same color. For a fuller look or a bigger tree, add a Set of 24.

Are the bows real velvet? They have a soft velvet finish. If you need the exact fabric composition, email us and we'll tell you.

My bow arrived flat. Is it damaged? Fabric bows can flatten in transit. Fluff the loops by hand; steam from a hot shower helps creases relax.

Can I use the bows outdoors? We recommend indoor or covered porch use. Sun and rain can fade velvet.

Are the bows safe for kids and pets? They're decorations, not toys. Keep small bows and twist ties away from young children and pets who might chew them.
