30-day returns
Not happy with your bows? You can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund. This includes your legal 14-day right of withdrawal, described in our Terms.
How to return
- Email yanis.pro34@outlook.fr with your order number. You don't need to give a reason.
- We send you the return address.
- Ship the items back within 14 days of your email, unused and with all parts.
Return shipping is paid by you, unless the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered.
Refunds
We refund the price of the items and the original standard shipping cost to your original payment method, within 14 days of your return request. We may wait until we receive the items back before refunding.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping, at no cost to you. This does not limit your legal warranty rights.

Want a different color? Return the original and place a new order.
