Terms of Service and Sale

These terms apply to every purchase on this website. By placing an order, you accept them. Please read them before buying.

1. Seller

2. Who can buy

The store sells to consumers aged 18 or older, with a delivery address in one of the 50 US states or Washington, D.C.

3. Products

Each product page describes the item's main characteristics. Colors may look slightly different depending on your screen. Our products are decorations, not toys.

4. Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Shipping cost and any applicable sales tax are shown at checkout before you pay. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you place your order.

5. Ordering

Your order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order in case of an obvious pricing error, suspected fraud, or if the item is no longer available; you will then be fully refunded.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order, through our secure payment provider. We never see your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times, costs, and our recommended last order date for Christmas are listed on our Shipping page. Delivery times are estimates. Risk of loss passes to you when the package is delivered. If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will replace or refund it.

8. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from your purchase without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear statement by email to yanis.pro34@outlook.fr (you may use the model form below). Return the items within 14 days of telling us. We refund all payments received, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal statement; we may wait until we receive the items back. Return shipping costs are paid by you, unless the item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. You are responsible for any loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the items.

Model withdrawal form: "To Yanis Oulad Slimane (Bough & Bow), 105 Chemin du Lavoir, 34270 Le Triadou, France, yanis.pro34@outlook.fr: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [items], ordered on [date] / received on [date]. Name, address, date."

Our Return Policy gives you more time than this legal minimum.

9. Warranties

Our products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (French Consumer Code, articles L217-3 and following) and the guarantee against hidden defects (French Civil Code, articles 1641 and following), as well as any warranty rights given by the law of your state. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund it.

10. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses or for damage caused by using a product contrary to its instructions (for example, near an open flame). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
