Where we ship: all 50 US states and Washington, D.C. We don't currently ship to US territories (such as Puerto Rico or Guam) or to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time
Our bows ship from our supplier's warehouse in China. Estimated delivery: 8–14 business days after your order ships, so about 9–17 business days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees: peak-season carrier delays can add a few days.
Ordering for Christmas
We recommend ordering by December 1 to leave time for delivery before December 24. Orders placed after that date are still shipped, but we can't promise holiday delivery.
Shipping cost
Standard tracked shipping is $4.95, and free on orders of $49 or more. The exact cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Duties and taxes
The total shown at checkout (products, shipping, and any applicable sales tax) is what you pay. If a carrier ever asks you to pay import fees on delivery, contact us before paying and we'll find a solution with you.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, email us at yanis.pro34@outlook.fr and we'll look into it.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number (and a photo if it's damaged). We'll send a replacement or a full refund.
